Recently there is a case reported to our customer service team. A person paid for the DWG FastView Premium or Super but he can't login or not upgrade after login.
We have researched and found out the reason.
First, you have to register DWG FastView on its website to use more features or paid to unlock all features. Usually if you visit on PC, you can register here or sign up with social networks.
Likewise, to login, you can also use social networks or your user email & password. Please do remember your email address.
Second, when you pay for the DWG FastView premium or pro, you will see a popup form to collect necessary information, such as your email:
For this step, we strongly suggest you use the same email address with your account email in the billing details. If you use a different one, please make sure later you login with your DWG Fastview account email, not the billing email here. The billing email here will receive order notice and invoice. Some users use billing email to login DWG FastView even to reset password. Therefore you can't login and no account found.
Kindly pay special attention to that. Use the same email ID in registration DWG FastView and billing details. Then only 1 email can be used in login to web account, mobile app, Windows client, password reset and your shopper account.
