1. Applicability
(1) The authorized software developed and operated by Gstarsoft Co.,Ltd. , namely "DWG FastView" (running on Microsoft Windows operating systems, Android, iOS, web browsers).
(2) When we say Services in this Privacy Policy, we mean our websites located at  which our Services are provided ("Sites"), and our software products available for use via installation on operating systems of Windows, Android, iOS and web browsers (collectively, the "Products").
(3) This Privacy Policy applies to only those websites, products, services and included within the "Services" and does not apply to any third-party websites, products, or services.

2. What Do We Collect Your Information
(1) Collecting Information in Activities
In order to provide you with products or services, we collect personal information and ensure that we comply with relevant laws and regulations. We will commit to protecting your information but please note that our services may not be available to you if you refuse to provide some information.
i. Business Consulting
If necessary, in business consultation we need to collect name, contact number, email, education, industry, business licenses, company name and other licenses information.
ii. Purchasing and Transaction
When you transact with Gstarsoft, we process the payment through the payment processor. However, we will not store financial information in your payment account, bank card, credit card and other transaction media (except for individual information that needs to be retained).
We will collect the following personal information, including: purchased product or services information, account information (system account, contact number, email) , device information, deal amount, order time, order number, order status, payment account, payment status, coupon information. We collect that information to help you complete transactions and keep our transactions safe, so that we can better facilitate transactions.
iii. Launching and Activating
When you launch and activate our software , we will get your device identity (IMSI, IMEI, ICCID, IDFV), network information (IP addresses). If you use cloud services (My Cloud in DWG FastView Pro menubar or Cloud in DWG FastView for Mobile) in the DWG FastView, some related functions will be connected.

iv. Technical Support
When you contact us for service support, we also may record your device information, purchase record, log contents, server communication information, texts, images, drawing files, video and audio contents, and dialogue contents , to help us keep contact with you for updates and support to resolve your queries for use of our Services.
If necessary, we will also collect your name, company name, contact number, email and the content of your feedback when you submit feedback in various ways.
Without your authorization, the drawing files you send for technical support will not be retained, redrawn, disseminated , leaked or sold.
(2) In the following cases, we do not need your authorization and consent:
We cooperate with government and law enforcement officials to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate:
i. To respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas).
ii. To protect our property, rights and safety and the property, rights and safety of a third party or the public in general as required or permitted by law.
iii. To stop any activity that we consider illegal, unethical or legally actionable. However, we may push back when a legal request appears to be overly broad or does not follow the correct process.

3. How Do We Use Your Information
We use your relevant information carefully and lawfully, including:
(1) To validate your identity as necessary to perform our contract with you.
(2) To ensure the rights and interests of Gstarsoft and your transactions, we check transaction information with third-party payment processors.
(3) To send you important information about purchased products such as account, serial numbers, product installations and so on.
(4) To send you promotional offers, advertising, or other marketing content in furtherance of our legitimate interest to engage in direct marketing or, where needed, with consent.
(5) For brand promotion and performance display, your personal information (de-identified and desensitized) or company information will be displayed on the official website and marketing materials.
(6) To understand the ways our offerings are used and who is using them in furtherance of our legitimate interest in improving our offerings and the overall user experience.
(7) To make strategic decisions concerning our business operations, including reporting on the performance of our business, in furtherance of our legitimate interest in making those decisions or, where needed, with consent.
(8) To detect, prevent, or otherwise address non-valid use such as through fraud and software piracy (e.g., to confirm that software is genuine and properly licensed) and to protect you, Gstarsoft, and/or third parties in furtherance of our legitimate interests.

4. How Do We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
(1) Cookies
"Cookies" are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by a Web server when you access our Services. We may use both session Cookies and persistent Cookies to identify that you' ve logged in to the Services and to tell us how and when you interact with our Services. We may also use Cookies to monitor aggregate usage and Web traffic routing on our Services, and to customize and improve our Services. Unlike persistent Cookies, session Cookies are deleted when you log off from the Services and close your browser. We will not transfer your personal information with any other companies, organizations and individuals, except in the following cases:

In the event of merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if the transfer of personal information is involved, we will require new companies and organizations that hold your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy, otherwise we will require it to seek your authorization and consent again.

Changes to Site

Registration Process and Registered Users.

This site is reserved for the use of persons who have completed the registration process or downloaded the software. No other persons other than registered users may download the resources from this site. Passwords and registration are non-transferable. You are solely responsible and liable to maintain the security and confidentiality of this password and accordingly. For DWG FastView Pro, no registration is needed. Anyone can download it and use the trial but after the trial expires, a license key must be used so as to continue using its service.

Right to Delete your Account

You can always modify, and delete your account through DWG FastView website "Account Settings" in . After deleting the account, your current account data information will be permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved. The content, information, data, records, etc. under the account will be deleted or anonymized (but the laws and regulations or the regulatory authorities require otherwise the exception). You deemed a waiver for the obtained in the current account and the purchase of rights and services, please be sure to exercise in caution.

Gstarsoft works with a third-party vendor, Sendinblue, to provide users its email newsletter service. All personal information obtained pursuant to Gstarsoft's email subscription services is covered by Sendinblue's Email Privacy Policy .
