We have a 7-day guarantee full refund policy. If you have anything unsatisfied, justcontact us. We hope that you could tell us the reason why you want a refund. As long as the order is within 7 days, we will refund you fully. Therefore, make sure you request a refund in 7 days.

If unfortunately, it is after 7 days, don't worry, we can also give you a refund, not fully, but partially. For monthly subscription, in 15 days, it can be refunded partially; for yearly subscription, in 180 days, it can be refunded partially. Please log in yourshopper accountand request a refund there.
